Acceptable File Formats
You must convert all electronic photo to JPEG (.jpg) files before uploading them to TreasureKnit. Please click
Everything you Need to Know for further information.
Before you begin uploading images from your local drive into your TreasureKnit Photo Blanket albums, double check to ensure the photograph you wish to upload is stored as a JPEG (.jpg) file. The JPEG format allows our designers to provide you with the best-quality photographic rendering in your choice of TreasureKnit product. If your images are currently saved in a format other than .jpg, you can use an image-editing application to convert the files. Once your photos have been saved as JPEGs, you can upload them to TreasureKnit.
Upload time
It can take as little as a few seconds or as long as several minutes to upload each image. The time will vary, depending on the speed of your Internet connection and the file size of the photo.
For example, it takes 2 to 3 minutes to upload a single 400 KB file over a typical 56kbps modem. It may take 15 minutes to upload a 2MB (maximum allowed) image at this speed.
