"How come there is no phone number to call to talk to a human being? I would feel so much better if there was someone to talk to instead of waiting hoping someone got an email I sent. If you published your phone number, I would feel more comfortable doing business with you. Email?!?!? I don't want to wait 24 hours for an automated response email from a machine! I've got a question and I want to speak with someone live!"

You may find this even more frustrating but we completely agree with you!  We get annoyed dealing with companies which do not provide a telephone number on their website......So why do we make it difficult to find our toll-free telephone number? Simply, email is the most efficient method to provide you the best support and satisfaction to your inquiries.

1. DEALING WITH THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT. All incoming questions are read by our Supervisors and immediately forwarded to the most suitable Customer Care Representative.
2. TRACKING YOUR ISSUES. Your questions and our answers are compiled into a written dialog. Everything is in writing, monitored, recorded and available for your reference. You will have no arguments from us. You will have a record of who (from our company) was dealing with your issue.
3. YOUR TIME IS PRECIOUS. When we had our call center, some customers were spending time waiting on hold for the next available representative...sometimes for up to six minutes! Keeping you waiting is never a good thing.
4. DIFFERENT TIME ZONES. Our Customer Care offices are located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST). Since the main team is available 9AM-6PM EST, some of our West Coast customers cannot be accommodated with telephone support.
5. HELPING THE SITE TO BE MORE USER-FRIENDLY FOR YOUR NEXT VISIT. Questions not easily answered are immediately forwarded to the management. This enables us to update our website on a continual basis to make your next visit more efficient and effective

"BLAH! BLAH! BLAH! I have a question of which I AM POSITIVE you don't have the answer to on your website!" or "Look, I hate the internet....can't I just talk to someone live? Please send me your phone number."
